Our Story
NeurometriX was founded in 2025 by a team of cognitive scientists and engineers who saw a fundamental problem in hiring: the tools companies use to evaluate talent have almost no correlation with actual job performance. Resumes, unstructured interviews, and personality questionnaires are poor predictors at best and actively biased at worst.
We built NeurometriX to change that. By designing game-based cognitive assessments grounded in decades of neuroscience research, we measure the traits that actually matter working memory, processing speed, emotional intelligence, and 88 more. Our AI analyzes gameplay data to produce fair, objective, and genuinely predictive hiring insights.
